Sanity check...2025 7.3l

Hello all. I just purchased my first Superduty, a 2025 Xlt 7.3l tremor. I'm new to these trucks and engines so please forgive my ignorance. Is this the normal sound of the 7.3l godzilla at idle? I'm specifically referring to the "ticking" sound.

Sounds like normal pushrod V8 and injector noise

They have clicky injectors. Sounds normal to me.

Congrats on the new ride and yep, no worries. I have a 23 7.3 and mines been great.

Thank you. Admittedly I find myself over analyzing every noise I hear on this truck. I've read so much regarding lifters and transmission problems that I drive myself nuts lol. I've yet to find a documented case of lifter failure on a 2025 so far so I guess time will tell if that particular issue is still a thing.
