1999 Explorer AWD Front Driver Camber WAY off

So have a 1999 Explorer that I've been banging my head against for a while now (She was not well cared for by the previous owner, lets put it that way). Her latest problem is that on the front driver side, her camber has got so bad that the last time I tried to driver her, the rotor was kicked in far enough that it actually was grinding against the caliper bracket on the top side. So pretty sure this isn't just slap a set of camber bolts on it and call it a day (Angle is well beyond +/- 2 degrees). No extra lifting / lowering has been done and tire size is as noted in the official specs for it and it is just this one point, other side is perfectly fine. Sadly this is getting outside of my knowledge and looking for some advice as to what exact part needs to be replaced here. Not sure if it's like the bearing assembly or maybe the control arms? That and how difficult would these needed repairs be with a limited tool collection? Really just need to get it back in alignment enough to where I can have a real alignment done to make sure everything is recentered.

If the disk is contacting the caliper, time to investigate the front hubs/bearings..
