Favorite flavor of oil?

Whats your favorite oil to run in the 3.0? I am not a fan of blends so it will be a fully synthetic.

I have the 2.3L in the Ex and the 3.5L eco in my F-150 and I run Castrol Edge 5w-30 full synthetic in both.
