Truck vibrates at idle in reverse

I have a '78 F100 with a 302 and a C6 transmission. When I put the truck in reverse and let it idle (slowly moving backwards), the truck vibrates loudly. The sound seems to be coming from the truck panels shaking/vibrating. When I press the accelerator and reverse above idle, the vibration goes away. Drive and park seem fine at idle and under acceleration. Any ideas why this happens? Is there a fix? I have 10-deg of base advance and idle in drive around 650 rpm.
