QUESTION: Redactant heater assy CODE

Got a code on the truck and went to Orielys and they did a print out, but I dont have the code its a P2 something. It says EXAUST fluid level sensor Redacted heater and sender. Is that covered under the customer stisfaction recall I see listed.

Weird, same time I recieved the CEL, I also got the 800 miles left on DEF. Filled the tank and now after a couple
of key turns the Light went away?

Now Im confused.

That is confusing. what were the temps when the code came up and what were the temps upon refill.

As I recall, if you have ford pass the recall may show up there. Read it and if you are in the group you would be covered.

Just found out Ford won't cover it. I'm past the warranty period. So, it's on my own dime to fix it.

This truck is costing me a fortune to keep up. New Trans, New EGR, New Fuel Injector Harness, Vaccum pump repair, now this.
Most likely will be my last Ford Truck.

Code is back, its bitter cold. No power cutback or other warnings.

I ran mine for several hundred miles with reductant heater code before I did the R&R of the heater unit, which also has the level sensors.
easy job (I have skid plates too) if you can get it indoors lol. I'm not sure I'd want to do it outside in 20 deg weather though.
