New HELP with part identification

Hi everyone,

I need some help identifying the small round part that is bolted between the air pump and the pulley on a 94' F150 5.8. Three bolts hold this on and again its small, maybe a little bigger than a quarter.

If you can separate it from the pump, then it's just a spacer.

Thanks, I was able to locate it online I just needed help with the verbiage. I'm now leaning on pulling the whole smog system tho.
