Diesel-O-Rings has an option to select viton o-rings, which are preferred for some applications including the fuel drain valve.
In addition, if you can narrow the leak down to the drain valve I believe you can get just those to reseal it. You don't even have to remove the fuel bowl if just doing the valve too.
If the leak is not significant or you can do without driving it for the time being, I would go with the diesel o rings set. Although, the Motorcraft kit will likely work for many years to come.
Also, check to make sure the screws didn't loosen up a bit.
I agree with Sous. The viton rings are nice. I actually bought the diesel o-rings 7.3 kit they came with all of the o-rings that you could need for the most part for all of your common leaks. I think it was like 70 or 80 bucks but, it comes with everything to put the turbo back on including bolts, everything to rebuild the fuel bowl, all of the high pressure oil line o rings, all of the head rings, and some other things that I forgot. A nice little kit that I keep in my truck. But anywho, I chose the viton rings for my drain valve and have not had any issues out of them. If it was on my truck I would rather have the diesel o-rings from Bob.
If you rebuilt the fuel bowl several years back using the o-rings from BOB.... I do not think that you need to order another kit, as his kits are all Top Of The Line.... I think you need to find out where the fuel leak is and see what is going on. If the leak is at the 'drain valve', you should take it off and take it apart and clean everything up and reinstall. The o-rings from BOB are the best and will stay viable for a long long time. The screws may have backed off a little or were never tight enough in the first place (be nice tightening the fuel bowl drain screws as you do not want to break the plastic). As for the rest of the Fuel Bowl (for leaks) if fuel is not spraying every where, a small amount to tightening should work. Heck, the fuel bowl lid may be leaking, as there are several different types of o-ring for the lids and being too tight or too loose could get the panties in a wad and cause a leak....
