So I now am able to get the truck running (1989 f150 straight six manual 4 +OD) but now it doesn't go anywhere when I shift into any of the gears or reverse when i shift from reverse to 1st it kinda wants to jump forward which is very slightly but nothing. I bled the clutch line and it was good. Next should I change out the transmission fluid or how do I check if the brakes are locked.
1. I have changed the tires and the hubs do move freely
2. Truck was sitting for 16 years
3. When the truck was trailered to me it did roll of the ramp no problem didn't seem like the brakes were locked

If this is 4wd, you may have a transfer case problem. try 4wd and/or low range. Different feel?
Clutch is bad, or transmission, or driveshaft/u- joint, or rear diff. Could be a lot of things.
jack up the rear end by the axle. Put the transmission in neutral. Turn the driveshaft and wheels. If the shaft turns the wheels then it’s probably your clutch.
