Crank issue
I have a 2019 F450 6.7 Diesel that won't turn over, I do hear a clicking sound when I do try and start it (its coming from the rear passenger side) I've even tried and jump it because I'm stranded at a construction site... Truck has less than 1500 miles on it, has this happened before with these trucks? Its weird that even when I attempted to jump start it, nothing happened. I've read that you should take the key out of the ignition because that would cause a loss of power but my key wasn't left in the ignition- seems like a safety switch of some sort is engaged, is there a type of safety switch? Tow truck is on the way to take to dealership... having it under warranty helps but I've lost a day of work. Anyone else had this happen?
