Is There an LTE Replacement for the OEM Ford Remote Start?
I recently logged into the website that takes my money for my Ford cellular based remote start that I installed many moons ago and to my surprise (well not really) they had an announcement that due to the pending 3G shutdown my remote start will "conclude on December 31, 2020.". So, I've done a little searching but wanted to know if anyone knew of any LTE capable remote start systems that they could recommend. I'm in dire need of a replacement as my truck key hasn't left my truck in over five years and as such I rely on my phone to remote start and unlock (keypad as backup) my truck.

Nice that they kept you online this long. They shut mine down on Dec 31, 2019. I ended up putting in a Fortin EVO-FORT3 and Audiovox ASCL6 CarLink to achieve replacement of the factory modules. Wiring was mostly plug and play except I had to find my own 12V+. Programming was weird, but if you follow the directions exactly, it works.
