Good day folks, I hope someone here can help my situation. I have a 2015 F 250 super duty 4wd, crew cab. What I bought were two side shooter led light bar flashing amber w/ driving lights. It came with no wiring instructions, however, with three wires it shouldn’t be hard (black +, grey - and yellow either fog/turn). My situation is which wire do I hook it up to to have both fog and turn/hazard lights Image and description of item
I'm not completely sure, but I would suspect that the black is the ground (-), the gray is the positive for the fog lights, and the yellow is the positive for the turn signal. The LEDs can use a common ground, but the fog lights and turn signals each need their own positive wire to run them. You could strip a small amount of the insulation off of the wires and test this wiring configuration directly from the battery by putting the black on the negative post and then touching each of the other wires to the positive post.
