Looking to change out my chrome mirror caps and chrome door handles on my 2018 350 Platinum. Anyone interested in trading their black ones for my chrome?

 

I want to do the same thing and am planning to have them wrapped because its hard to find someone to swap body color ones.

 

I have a black platinum. Who does the wraps and do they turn out decent?

 

There is a local shop to me that i've heard really good things about. If you can find a local shop that does clear protective film stuff they may be able to help you out or recommend someone. Just make sure you can check out their work in person if at all possible as the key is in the install.

 

I'd recommend getting them painted. We had the grille, fender emblems, mirror caps, and door handles painted to match on our White Platinum Tri-Coat truck. Made a huge difference.

 

That was my original plan but can't seem to find a shop that wants to with with the chrome parts. Did you go to a normal body shop or a specialty shop?

 

You can get them on eBay cheap already painted. Probably cheaper than the headache of figuring it out.

I need a chrome drivers door one, those arent easy to find.

I have some chrome mirror caps someone I’d trade for 4 chrome door handle covers.

 

Used a high-end body shop in Houston that one of my friends owns. Imperial Collision.

 

I have a 2019 white Lariat and I really didn’t like the white upper mirror caps with the black lower caps. I bought the black upper caps from the dealer for maybe $6-7 each. You’d pay more for shipping trying to do a trade.
