So my truck came with fog lights but I’m assuming the previous owner toke them off and left what I believe is the wiring for the lights just hanging. Which is hot and which is ground if I were to reuse the original wiring. Passenger side. Found this tucked under the bumper in the middle Driver side behind bumper Driver side between bumper and headlight housing. The other pic behind the bumper matches up with this
Maybe the PO took them off. Maybe somebody else took them off without the PO's permission...
There are lots of ways to go from new OE, to aftermarket, to possibly salvage.
FWIW, I have used Hella filament lights in the past on other vehicles and the beam pattern was excellent.
If the decision is to go OE, for awareness, the beam pattern is fairly scattered and more like driving lights which fill in the gap from under the main headlamps.
