New to FTE

What's up FTE? I just bought a 41' pickup and hoping to find some valuable insight.

Hey Gary, whats up? I pick up the truck mon, its all stock, older resto, as for plans, I need heat, 6v and I'd like to lower the stance

That is a thing of beauty! I wouldn't touch a thing, well except the whitewalls..... Are you saying it's 12v now? Post up a pic tomorrow with that big ol' grin on your face. You gonna drive it home, or are you meeting the shipper tomorrow?

Thank you, driving it home from Motorcar classics, close to home, all original 6V system. trying to find a nice restored 6V heater box, any ideas?

Here is some more heater info; I have one like this and it works well. You will also possibly need defroster vents / hose connectors if they are not already attached under the dash.

Beautiful truck! The stance to my eye is perfect.... It is a truck BTW.

Post a thread on the 48-56 forum. We got a guy that restores heaters called First Ride, real name Denny. He might be able to help you out.
