UPLOADING PHOTOS-what has changed????

I used to be able to upload photos to this site with no problems but now NO LUCK. New upload dialog box appears when I want to upload something. I can search my hard drive, drop and drag, all of that but when it is done it just sits there, no progress box, not enter to get it to do anything. What gives?

Got it this time....

Well I think I figured it out for the second time. Sheesh, have to stay on top of the little things.
