What year of beds will fit my 1987 F250 4x4 ?

1980-1997 will "fit", 1987-1997 will match your body lines.

I have seen a 79 bed on an 88. Whether or nod modifications will be needed, I failed to ask the guy. It's work looking into though.

Yes, a 79 bed will bolt right in. All the way back to 73 will and all the way up to 2016 will as well but look like complete crap

87-97 is what you want
