Three dash lights & power loss
2003 Expedition Eddie Bauer. Engine has 140k miles on it. Just purchased and now three lights came on at the same time, service engine light, oil pressure light and engine temperature light. When this happened I gave it gas to get to the side of the road and it revved but didn't act like it was moving/engaging. Turned it off on the side of the freeway, waited about 3 minutes, re-started and drove the rest of the way home (approximately 12 miles). Didn't smell overheated upon getting home and let it run for quite a while in the driveway. Kinda nervous to drive it any more and haven't driven it since. Any ideas on what this could have been?
