Hey guys i'm new to the forums and just bought a new to me 2005 F-250 Lariat. I have had diesels before I know all the ins and outs, just not a 6.0l. I was wondering what type of horsepower I would be making with the current mods on it below, any estimate is fine. Also what else should I upgrade/maintain so I don't blow this thing up? And what should I expect from any parts listed below that you guys have had prior experience with? How can I keep my truck as healthy as possible?
