McMaster Carr has a good selection of rivets. Fastenal will be another good source, and they have locations everywhere.
Measure the diameter of the head of the rivet. Drill out, or grind the head off the old one. Measure the diameter of the hole the rivet goes in, and the thickness of the material the rivet goes through. Buy the appropriate sized steel, or stainless steel rivet. Clamp the parts that the rivet goes through tightly together; there shouldn't be any gap between them. Insert the rivet, and buck the tail. You can do this with rivet squeezers, a c-clamp, bucking bar and air hammer, or bucking bar and a hammer. I recommend using squeezers or a c-clamp, though the c-clamp is easier to find.
