I've had this truck for awhile, and this issue is just coming up. The clutch reservoir seems to leak or some such and the clutch pedal just goes all the way to the floor without disengaging. Now, ik you just add dot3 brake fluid, and pump until it works. This happened once last year. But once the weather warmed up the issue went away. Now it's back again and I just filled the reservoir, but if I let the truck sit for a time, it goes right back to being as bad. At its worst I can push the clutch pedal to the floor, but it comes out when i let off. Any ideas or suggestions would be a huge help.
When it's not acting up, the clutch is otherwise fine. No slipping or anything. And I don't know if it's the reservoir specifically that's leaking. But I was sitting in the cab with it on, pumping the clutch, trying to see if I could hear or see anything, and when I got out the level was lower than what I checked when I got in. I topped it off again, got back in, and had the same result. The first few pumps always just go straight to the floor. If I pump the pedal enough times, I do eventually get resistance. But it's been reverting to not working every time I go to shift gears
