Shell Rotella T6 Oil Analysis

Use the truck primarily for a heavy 5th. OCI is approx every 7k+ miles. Will update as I get other oil reports for the truck. I run the same oil in my other high performance cars and motorcycles with great results as well.

I'm getting ready for my first change in my new to me 12 F350. Dealer did one when I bought it. I wanted to do one at 5000m but a family emergency sent us to Oklahoma. So I might wait till the truck tells me to do it. I'm going with T6.

I change my oil (T6) every 5000 miles, guess it's a little overkill........

never forget when the assistant service manager boasted not to use rotella. 'Ford said not to use it, it eats up seals'. Thats when I kinda figured out what I was was dealing with there.
