Question on Sanderson FF427's & RobbMc mini starter

HIO & Orich, I believe you both have these headers? Any need for the Stage 8 fasteners? I have the Edelbrock aluminum CJ heads and matching FF427 headers. (4 bolt per tube) Use thread locker or Anti-Seize? I have the Permatex.

2nd, Can anyone tell me if the RobbMc mini starters are holding up ok? Is there a better choice?

Dan

Yes, I recommend Stage 8s... The Stage 8 fasteners will keep the hardware from loosening and anti-seize will help to avoid the hardware from sticking.

I'm running the OEM starter.. no problem with heat soak or anything.

Let the RTV "outgas" for 10 minutes before applying the headers... and if any oozes out, then ya used too much. A little goes a long way...
