Thanks to Lokar I was able to connect my original automatic column to my AOD transmission. It took a couple hours to get the ratio between the indicator and the AOD to match, but I got it.
I used a temporary $2 threaded rod instead of messing up the SS one that came with the kit. Once the cab is back on and it clears, I'll just match the bends and length.

I found that a single 45 degree bend to clear the brake pedal movement seemed to work the best
Short 1 indicator, but I don't figure on using low too often.
