I know a lot of guys have removed these, but I like having the 2 outside seats with the headrest. I have a 2011 F-350 CC and am missing one of them. They are the tan leather ones. If anyone has one lying around that they would like to part with, please let me know. Thanks.....Steve
Hard item to find. About 10 years ago, one of my Malamutes got bored waiting in my '01 F-350 and decided to turn one of the headrests into a chew toy. (I was only gone for 10 minutes!)
Couldn't find anything in junkyards or online. Ended up having to order a replacement.
Well, I have read of numerous folks here who removed theirs to open the view from the rear view mirror.....I was hoping someone had kept theirs and was open to selling one. How much did you have to pay for yours?
It came to about $100 plus tax.
If I remember correctly, the generic headrest itself (mount, frame & padding) was ~ $55. Then the leather cover was another $45 - $50.
Between eating the headrest, and then jumping out of the passenger window at 25 MPH to chase something into a Salt Marsh, that dog screwed himself out of riding in the cab. I got a special harness that tied him into a set of tracks mounted on the bed rails, and he rode in the back after that.

I had a kid like that - he chewed the covering off the inside of both rear doors on a Grand Prix.
Now that he's grown, I put my dirty shoes up on the dash of his car and leave my trash tucked into the backs of the seats and in the door pockets whenever I can!
