I am upgrading my 2008 F-150 with a set of 2010 18” 7 SpokeOEM Chrome Rims off a Lariat I believe.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
Question is: what lug nuts do these rims use? Currently Ihave the stock 17” steel wheels on the truck with acorn lug nuts.<o></o>
Hi, welcome to FTE. I don't have the answer for you, since I am not sure what the lug on the '10 wheel looks like, but maybe try asking in the '09+ forum to see if anybody can share a pic of the '10 lugs, then you can compare them to your stock ones. Good luck.
I replaced my 2010 XLT rims with Lariat/FX-4 six-spoke rims. I ordered a set of chrome lug nuts from Amazon. If you are needing a similar lug nut, order the "mushroom" style which will match the Ford stock ones, but be one-piece.
You can Google Dorman's, Advance Auto, AutoZone, or any parts store website and look up the part numbers for both what you have and what you are changing to. That'll tell which lug nuts you need. Most likely the steel wheel lug nuts will work. They just won't look good. I say this based on the fact my '06 XLT with aluminum wheels had a steel spare rim that looked like an XL steel rim to me and used the aluminum wheel lug nuts.
