Cannot find the light assembly schematics for the headlight buckets to grill mounting. Does anyone have the drawing with part numbers or know the different screw sizes?
I have the correct schematic for my model but it nor yours shows the buckets getting installed or the screw sizes . I could also use the sizes to bolt the ashtray and the speaker grill onto the dash.

Your original post says the "headlight buckets to grill mounting". The bolts that hold the 51-52 buckets to the grille, which is p/n 8200, are part number 20347-S in the drawing and 20347-S8 (B156) in the other book. If you mean the bolts that hold the buckets to the headlamp support panel assembly part number 13069, they're also 20347-S.
much smaller screw needed. Maybe I`m calling the part by the wrong name I put a picture to show the two parts needing to be bolted together. The other side of the part takes the screw you showed me. This should help.
If you're in a bind or, like me, too cheap to spend more money on shipping than the screws cost, the screws in Dorman kit p/n 42171 (for Fords) will work on a 51. The screws are about 3/4" longer than factory but the threads are correct at 1/4"-28. Also, the screw head diameter is slightly smaller in diameter in the Dorman kit, but it all works out.
