EBP codes, need some help

EBP codes, need some help
Okay a friend of mine is reading 2 codes off of his bully dog monitor. its a 2000, was running the bully dog gt tuner but currently is only using it as a monitor.
P0472 exhaust back pressure sensor
P0475 exhaust back pressure control valve
he just replaced the EBP sensor and tube and is wondering why hes still getting codes for it. and would the 2nd code be the for the sensor on the front of the turbo pedestal?
he cleared the codes and then checked them again and these same ones keep popping up.

The exhaust back pressure control valve may not be operating properly, and the EBP sensor will not get the reading it expects. That's what many of the sensor DTCs are... not getting an expected reading, as opposed to a failed sensor.
