00-03 Seat Bolt Question

00-03 Seat Bolt Question
are the bolts and floor different on a 00-03 excursion then a 04-05? reason i ask is i want to mount a joto desk laptop mount (425-5276R) and it uses pasanger front seat bolts to mount so u dont have to drill holes in the floor. i called joto desk and they say they have never tested it on 00-03 models. so if anyone knows if it would fit, would you plz let me know?
