2013 Radio with 4.2 inch screen question

The screen is just not big enough to show the complete titles of songs on Sirius. Is there any way to set the type size smaller? Or, can you press something and scroll to the right to see the rest of the info? It is nice to have the screen but, my goodness, there are an awful lot of controls to the left, right and below. Probable not one of Ford's best design ideas. Sounds good for a factory setup, though.

I agree with you, it would be much better if we could customize the screen. You can see the entire title by pressing the "info" key on the bottom-right of the screen.
