I am wanting to upgrade my factory radio with something like this JVC KW-NT3HDT Navigation receiver at Crutchfield.com I would like to know if the factory aux input on the dash (i do not have sync) will still work. And also, how does one get a back up camera to display on the radio while truck is moving forward
The Nav I have (see sign.) is a very nice, clean looking unit. If I push and hold the nav soft button, it shows the back up camera while moving forward. It's definately NOT a $700.00 unit though.

wow you almost make it sound like $700 is cheap...lol.....legally when they sell it to you they cant tell you how to make it display while moving forward...."it's a safety feature" they told me.

Unfortunately, $700.00 is cheap for a good unit. The safety feature they're talking about concerns the Nav menu. Ie; can't look for a street address while driving. When my unit was installed, they "fooled it" so that I still have all functions while driving. I don't know if that includes the back up camera.
