My 2000 excursion with a v10 ended up needing a fuel pump. I always domy own work but was extremely busy. I dropped my truck off on wednesday and to make a very long story very short by saturday morning truck is still not running new fuel pump was in but PATS system was inop. I had it towed back to my house ripped apart dash and all. I had no theft light on.i disconnected battery hoping to reset computer and when I reconnected it I had no dash lights or any check engine lights. I turned key off and heard a clicking from fuse panel . I only have top 5 fuses working from interior fuse panel rest is no power. Cant even roll up windows. Any one have a idea on were I should start checking? Thank you
Check the fuse box it's possible the fuse box is wet and corroded. I found this on an Expedition a few years back in a shop I worked at. Would not start and then when you hit turn signal lever the starter would engage and not stop until turn signal was cancelled. The water was running down the A pillar and by lower windshield area onto fuse box. Not saying it is problem but if you can drop fuse box down and check to see if any signs of water or corrosion.

That ended up being ok I found a bad relay for the pats system. My only problem now is still the PATS. ive read on how to reset it but I have no theft light at all and nothing addresses if it doesnt come on its only how to get it to blink normally. Thank you RK
