47 forcd coe project
I just purchased a 47 coe and will be asking for some input to help the project along.
I'm planning on putting a box of some kind on it and will not be towing anything heavy. I was thinking of either boxing the frame and putting a ifs on it with a ford 9" rear end, or possibly putting the cab on a different frame. Any pros or cons on either?
I will post pictures as soon as I get truck home. Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the site, glad to have another COE owner here. We have a few members here who have COEs, so hopefully they will be along soon and give you the pros and cons of what you want to do. We will be eagerly awaiting your pictures.

Sound alike a great project! I are just literally a few ours ago, purchased something similar. A 48/49 COE Ford Truck! I'm very excited! Only problem is, I can't find much info on them.
How are you finding tracking them down?
