Is anyone having the same problem? Between 40-55 and going up a small incline my truck feels like it is chugging up the hill, like it needs more gas or something. Once I give it a little gas it will come out of this, but a brand new truck should not be having the problem...Any help would be great.

Exact same issue. I've had it in twice and though they can get it to replicate, they can't get it to do it long enough to register on the computer what the problem is or what needs to be fixed "Once it gets worse and you can get it to do it consistently for more than 30 seconds bring it back..."
They can put a data recorder in yout truck and when it acts up you just hit a button. It records before the event and after. The event. But it does matter what pids they have loaded to watch. And they will like to have about 3 recordings. If they see nothing. They can. Send info to ford enginerring to view data. Simplelist way to approch your problem.IMHO.
Mine will hiccup under very light throttle conditions. Usually going slow and mostly before the truck has fully warmed up. It's not a big concern for me at this point.
I will try and notice what mine does under the same circumstances as above.
My '12 acts just like Jeff's. Once it's fully warmed up I don't notice it anymore. And it's only under very light throttle conditions, like when I'm leaving my neighborhood.
I have the same issue as you descibed. Happens only when warm and its intermediate. Havent worried too much..YET. I'm sure ford woudn't be able to replicate, so no bother taking it in.
Mine has the stutter to but normally when I have not let the truck warm up a bit. I don't think it's an engine issue but more likely a transmission shifting issue. I think the engine has so much Torque that when the tranny is cold it can't smoothly handle the shifting between some gears....like 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd.
I use my remote start from the house as I put my shoes on so that the truck has a little more time to warm up. Never knew how nice the remote start really is until I got the 6.7.
I've put mine in manual several times and shifted on my own and seems like I can do a better job when the tranny is cold. I have noticed that the tranny takes alot longer to warm up than the engine. My old 2005 6.0L's tranny warmed up twice as quick as this new one does. Maybe FORD should be tweaking the tranny software to take in account when the trannys are cold?
Also, I've noticed that 3rd gear seems to have two phases it goes thru before it shifts to 4th. Almost like 3rd-low and 3rd-high. Anyone else fell this in 3rd gear?

I think the "low to high" feeling your getting in third is the torque converter locking up which is a good thing.

I have the same thing when cold, seems worse after the Nox recall / Transmission flash, but then again it could be that it's starting to get colder outside. I also don't notice it after the Transmission warms up.
My '12 does same thing when cold, light throttle but more so just after 4th gear shift.Has only done this maybe 4 times, truck has 3k.No issues when warm.Other than that i love the diesel!
