Flash-to-pass mod?

Flash-to-pass mod?
My '01 Ex does not have the option to "flash to pass". For those who don't know, FTP is pulling back on the column stick that toggles between high and low beams. Is my truck not functioning properly? If the Ex's don't normally have that feature, is there a mod for it?

High beams are definitely functioning properly. I've never had a lighting issue and from what I can tell, no modifications were made to the wiring associated with the lights. BTW, lamps are oem, no mods.

Any idea what part i should be searching for? There are a number of multifunction switches that came up in a search i just did.
