Whats the frame difference of my 87 f-150 compared to a 78-9 f-150?
Well, I had asked a question related to this ALONG time ago on these boards, and was told that a stright axle Dana 44 under my '87 would require about a 6" lift to keep anything from hitting. So my question now is, whats the difference between the "old" truck with the straight axle compared to mine that would have a TTB 4x4 axle. the old trucks seemed to drive ok stock, why cant my 87?
