Alternator Pulley ID
I got this off of eBay really cheap. The box says it's a Motorcraft GP-711 and that's supposed to fit my truck. However, I seem to recall something about a clutch pulley on the alternator, and this isn't one of those. Is this the correct pulley for my truck?

Count the ribs on yours and on the new one to see if they are the same. What happened to your old pully?

Same number of ribs, I'm just wondering about the alternator clutch pulley I've read about. This one is solid, not clutched.

My 'old' pulley is a bit smaller diameter brass-colored aftermarket unit the PO got from somewhere.

Only the A/C pulley has a clutch.
