Hey all, just wanted to see if anyone knows or has replaced their alternator with this one and hopefully someone can give me just a little peace of mind that this won’t lead to another headache because idk the pulley has a different number of grooves.

 

Looks correct to me. How many grooves are in the pulley in your truck?

Regardless if the correct pulley is on the new alternator or not; you can swap the pulleys easily.

 

Rockauto has good customer service and they stand by what they sell.

 

RockAuto is great. If you are going to change alternators. you should think about up grading. I would suggest a 130 amp G3 or looking into a Powermaster. One of my biggest regrets is not doing it when I swapped the first one out.
