Hi Everyone, What is the best way to disable the "check Suspension" light on this 99 Expedition? I was looking at the wiring diagram for the cluster and the wire for the light is a DG/LG but its tied in with a EVO steering module. Does anyone know what this module is and does? Thanks
Is it a bulb? I was thinking it was a LED light and I didn't want to destroy the circuit board. The wiring diagram shows a DK green/LT greeen wire for the light, but it was tied in to "EVO steering" IDK what that is, I was thinking about pulling that wire out of the cluster connector also. I'm just trying to do it rite the first time.

"EVO" is an Electronic Variable Orfice" and is used to change the sensitivity of the power steering between low speed and higher speed. The LLS uses the signal from the EVO to determine if the vehicle is going around a curve, in which case it closes a valve in the air line to keep the air from getting squezed out of the out side air bag and being forced to the inside air bag. (Think how a Greyhound bus leans to the outside when it goes around a curve.)
