anyone in or close to ohio
i really want to delete the def egr and all else necessary to make this truck run like a diesel is intended to. i do not like the temperatures the truck makes for the regen process and all the problems with the egr and other issues that this polution stuff causes and has caused in the past. but before i do all of this i really want to see and ride in a truck that already has this done to it and talk to the owner about it. obviously it is going to void the warranty and i just want to make sure its worth it due to anything major happening, it would be costly to fix out of my own pocket. im willing to make the long drive to check it out. any help would be great! thanks!!

To each their own; however, I don't think we have seen (yet, but perhaps in a few years) trouble with the DPEF and/or EGR.
There are a few guys here that have gone that route and have been delighted and hopefully, they'll drop in and share their experience.

Blue Oval, if you want to drive to central IL, you can take mine for a spin, no problem.
You may want to check Powerstroke.Org and PSN as there are more tuners on there. the 6.7 FTE crowd is pretty stock (for now) minus a few.

Thanks! thats a little closer. if i cant find anyone closer i would definately make that drive, i cant see it being much over 5 hours. and i will also check out those websites u gave me. appreciate it!
