Intermittent "Clunk" When Engaging Reverse from Park

When I first started driving the truck, I never noticed the "clunk" when putting the truck in reverse from park. Now, I notice it intermittently, even when on a level surface. Is this normal, or is it something I need to take it to the stealership about?

Mine clunks if I don't use the park brake even on a slight (hardly noticable) slope.
It seems normal from past discussions we've had about this.

I believe it's normal, there is a ball that rolls over the park, reverse and drive that has spring pressure that makes the clunk.

I noticed the clunking noise right away. It seems to be worst if u run up against a parking curb. At that point going from park to reverse or drive it seems to do it. Hopefully it is normal...

Clunking from drive to reverse

I have had this happen to me when I am on a hill and the truck has rolled forward there will be a clunk, I think this is normal due to the weight of the truck on the park pin.
