Odd Noise when turned off
Recently started to notice a mechanical pump like noise that comes off after I've driven my truck for a while. A quick trip to the store doesn't do it, but running it on the highway for a half hour will.
Starts a few seconds after I kill the ignition and lasts for about 15 - 20 seconds. Anyone else experience this or have any ideas?

Its the DEF pump emptying the lines so that they dont freeze. You should be hearing everytime you shutdown your truck. Pretty sure it is outside temp based, as I dont hear it in the summer months.
