Aftermarket wheels
I'm looking into getting some new rims and I'm wondering what offset if any should the rim be if the size of the rim is 20x10 also I want to put 35" tires...is this possible without putting a leveling kit on?

35's will fit with no suspension modification. The biggest concern is the width of the tire. If you go too wide, it will rub. On a stock rim, a 315 will rub a bit at lock to lock turning. I have 285/65/20 BFG A/T's on mine with no issues. Here is mine:
