Old truck odometers start over after 100,000 miles, could be on the second or third trip around, possible but not likely still on first trip.

What is it that you want to know?

Here's what you get from that VIN... if you want more info, give us the info off of the warranty tag located inside the drivers side door...

<table border="1" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><th>Digit</th><th>Usage</th><th>VIN</th><th>Decoded</th></tr><tr><td>1-3</td><td>Series</td><td>F10</td><td>F100 2WD pickup</td></tr><tr><td>4</td><td>Engine</td><td>Y</td><td>V8 352-2v 208hp 4400rpm</td></tr><tr><td>5</td><td>Plant</td><td>K</td><td>Kansas City MO</td></tr><tr><td>6-8</td><td>Mod Yr/Mfg Date</td><td>847</td><td>1966 (Mfg Apr 1966)</td></tr><tr><td>6-11</td><td>Sequential Serial #</td><td>847219</td><td>847219</td></tr></tbody></table>

Actually I bought this truck from my uncle who was best friends with the original owner before he died. he had it for about 2 years and brought it up on a dolly from colorado. I have all the original books from the dealership and this is the first trip around on the odometer

So how about posting the information off of your warranty tag. It will tell the rest about your truck, and maybe some pictures to see what your starting with. Congrats on the truck.

115 Wheelbase some would say it was a shortbed
blank color code
F100 MOdel
481: 4 = Medium Beige Crush Vinyl & Medium Beige Wicker Pattern Vinyl // 81 = 81A Standard Cab
Trans C= 3speed Manual transmissionmost likely a Ford Type 3.03 all Syncromesh 3 speed manual transmission
17 = Ford 9 inch Rear Axle / 3.25-1 / non Limited Slip / 3300 lb. Rear Axle Capacity.
5000 gvw
172Hp@4000RPM matches your 352
DSO 548589= 54 Omaha Nebraska District Sales Office(who the dealer ordered the truck through) 8589= would most likely be a special order not off the lot truck, thats why your paint code is most likely missing, it was painted a non-standard color.
