1st post here.
Just picked up a used 2008 F350 Lariat CC DRW. It's loaded, but I noticed 2 things on the 15 degree below zero, 40 mile drive home. Hoping some of your vast knowledge here may have a possible cheap fix/answer.
1. The 6-disc changer works great, I have the display working, but the lights in the faceplate/buttons have no lights on, like the rest of the dash does. And, the steering wheel audio controls don't do anything when pressed. Curious if a loose connection on the back of the head unit may cause this?
2. Other issue is that my parking sensors do not beep. The round button says P "Off", but it just doesn't change or do anything if I push the button.
