Called Ford and wow!
Well I called Ford and asked them to quote me the job to have my up pipes replaced...
He said it would be $1,759.00 for the job.
He told me they might pull the cab or the tranny...
I was shocked. I thought it was something I could do in my drive way...
So its going in next Tuesday just to make sure its really my up pipes leaking...Not just a bad seal around the trubo....
I was really shocked when another ford tech said he will do it on the side for $200
So do they really have to do that? Or can it be done in the driveway?

I need to do mine and am planning on doing it in the driveway. My take is that people are replacing their up-pipes for EGR deletes all the time without lifting the cab, I have to imagine that taking the other side out shouldn't be too much more difficult, but I won't know for sure until April when I do mine.
