Scanguage2 Trans temp??

Yes!
My 03 has it, but if I remember correctly I had to add it in the X-Gauge.

Goto page 5 for Ford 6.0L Diesel section and under that FORD CAN section. Use the Trans Temp input there.

If you don't get any reading after you entered the Xguage info,
you can "edit" the input and change the values to the other.
I also put several other sensors just to see whether they would
show anything (most didn't).
I removed unwanted Xguage entries after a few days
so I didn't have as many sensors to flip through to get back to what
I wanted.
It's trip data is very interesting and worth looking at once in a while.
I also use the "fill-up" feature and it's pretty good at estimating the
amount of full I put in each time (once it's calibrated once or twice).
One of the most used gadgets in a vehicle I've ever owned.
