baffled

ok got a 97 expidition and am having following issues any help would be nice
1. truck doesnt always wanna go into park have to kinda slam it a couple times
2. has klunking in front end sometimes going over big bumps sometines little bumps has all new inner and outer tie rods and rest of steerind tight

2. Replace the 2 mounting bushings (not the end links) for the front sway bar.

hmm have to check that out tommorrow shifter not loose and indicator dead on but hopefull just a simple little issue was thinking id have to get under the thing and look at linkage to see if a bushing or something crapped out

Well in that case like you've mentioned, maybe you might have to get down to the tranny and adjust the linkage a click or two.

well it is fixed was out and about and just couldnt stand it so broke ot the tools i carry with me and sure as sh!$ no t-25 no metric allens but had a 5/32 allen and now it is tight and works like new

What was it that you tightened, something at the tranny or the triangle plate under the dash?
