You're not up the creek dude. Few minute fix and you might even be able to drive it to the junkyard to get a new one as long as you make sure nothing gets in or out of the tube.
If some of the tube is still left in the block just pinch it off until replacing it.
If the whole thing came out then just put it back and don't pull it out again lol. Sorry. But seriously, not a big deal.
If it came out then the hold down bolt must be missing or the bracket may be broke. I would take a closer look into it. If you need a new one, a quick trip to the junk yard will be an easy fix.
To replace it simply put a small amount of RTV on it and push it into the hole. You dont have to put RTV, but it will help.
Thanks I was able to guide the dip stick in the hole with the other half of the tube on it so nothing gets in our out will check a junkyard for a new one.
