Which PS to pick??

Which PS to pick??
I finally have enough money to decide what i want to do. I can either get a 7.3 or 6.0 and rebuild it or get a 6.4 pretty much new or a brand new 6.7, but i cant decide which one will give me the most power after adding some aftermarket products. any suggestions??

When my truck eventually rots out (my 7.3L will never die), then I'm jumping straight to a 6.7L.
6.7L if you can afford new, 6.0L if you can afford to rebuild and 7.3L if you want to get there every time.
