I have a 1991 F350 with a 7.3 idi. I am in the process of doing an engine swap on it, and I noticed when I took out my core support that it is rusting out badly on each side around the headlights.
I have been looking for a replacement for mine. Despite scouring the internet, the only ones for the 7.3 I can find say "Without A/C". I have A/C, and I was wondering if anyone knows why it is virtually impossible to find one for the 7.3 that is fit for A/C or where I might find one.
Also, if anyone knows what exactly the difference between being fit for A/C and not being fit is. There might be some way I can modify it and get it to work.
There is no different rad support for a diesel w a/c or without. They are all the same for a diesel.
Now. with that being said 9 out of 10 you order from the aftermarket for a "diesel" will be for a gasser(idiots). Your best bet is just bite the bullet and buy one from ford
No. LMC and JBC both play the game of saying they have diesel ones, but when it shows up at your house they are gas ones. OEM is the only way i know to get one
